Attacks before and after the elections in France

On February 14, 2022, two policemen shot dead a man who threatened them with a knife in a busy Paris train station. The man was carrying a “30-centimeter knife” on which was inscribed the acronym “ACAB”, for “All cops are bastards” and shouting threats against the integrity of the French policemen.
The incident occurred around 06:50 (02:50 BST) this morning when two regional transport police officers were patrolling at rush hour in the Gare du Nord, which connects Paris to London, Brussels and Amsterdam by train, as well as part of the suburbs there.
A man described as psychologically unstable attacked a priest with a knife in a church in Nice, southern France, on April 24, 2022 . According to authorities, the priest’s life was not in danger and added that police have arrested the attacker. The attack occurred during the second round of the presidential election in France .
Some presidents congratulated Frenchman Emmanuel Macron on his re-election despite the strong tensions linked in the country , post election .
Joe Biden, president of the United States, said that France is the country’s oldest ally and that he counts on them to defend democracy.
China’s President Xi Jinping said he wants to “continue to work with President Macron to uphold the principles of independence, mutual understanding, farsightedness and mutual benefit.”
Fumio Kishida, said on Twitter ,I would like to congratulate President Macron on his re-election. I look forward to working closely with President Macron in a wide range of areas, including cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
Macron at the foot of the Eiffel Tower in Paris , said the following :
” From now on, I am no longer the candidate of one camp, but the president of all”
Jucelino Luz wrote to Emmanuel Macron with a single request, after his spiritual visions, that Macron fulfill his commitment to the environment, and even if it was not the wish of almost half the population for his re-election, that he honor all the promises made to the French people.
